Sensors
VR Sensors on the tracking object provide the necessary positioning data from the base station input.
(Cables)
The VR Sensors connect to the VR Core Board.
VR Sensor Boards (above, left) require connection via FPC Ribbon Cables, while the VR Sensor Flex (above, right) include the cable.
VR Core
Board
The VR Core Board formats the positional data and sends tracking information to the SteamVR™ system.
Tracking oObject
The Tracking Object contains the Sensors and VR Core Board, as well as any other desired peripherals (trackpad, buttons, etc.)
SteamVR™
All the elements combine to act as a tracking SteamVR™ object.
