We try to show accurate representations of our products, but the photos may not be exact representations. Product images and specifications are subject to change at any time and without notice.
We work very hard to keep our stock status up-to-date. However, we do make mistakes. We reserve the right to cancel any order for full refund.
If you wish to make changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests in a timely manner.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
In order to help prevent payment fraud, we may need to hold your order for further verification. We will contact you if this is necessary.
Some of our products are made to order. After checkout, you will receive an email with delivery timing details for your order. If you have specific timing needs, please let us know, and we will do our best to work with you.
We use USPS and UPS Ground service for domestic shipping. Recently, we use UPS mostly, due to the many incidents of the package and product being damaged by USPS delivery services. If for whatever reason, you prefer to use USPS, feel free to request this and we will send it via USPS per your request, and holding us harmless of any problems with your ordered product.
All duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Virtual Builds is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.
We offer USPS Priority Mail International for international delivery. If you are having trouble completing an order to your country, please Contact Us to see what options we may have.
30-Day Unmodified Return Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund for any unused and unmodified items purchased within 30 days.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you have received any items that you suspect are defective or damaged, please Contact Us right away with details, and we will make it right. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
To initiate a return, please email email@example.com prior to sending any shipment.
Returns must include any accessories, documentation, etc. included with the product. Returns may be denied it incomplete or damaged.
Returns may take up to 2 weeks to process after received.
The customer is responsible for shipping returns back to Virtual Builds. In the case of defective items, Virtual Builds will cover return shipping costs.
We are currently engaged with a plastic molding company to produce the Dongle cover. We will keep this area updated as soon as we hear production timelines.
